ATMA Library
The ATMA Library is the hub for the library and information services to the ATMA College. It serves as a creative and innovative partner in supporting the teaching, learning, scholarship and research activities of the Institute. With the fast growing collection, both in digital and print forms using the state-of-the-art facilities, the ATMA Library is contributing to the Institute's mission of becoming a world class Institute in the areas of Commerce and Management and other related subjects. The ATMA Library is located on second Floor and the location of the Library overlooks beautiful and the pleasant ambience and the well-furnished Library and spacious reading rooms create an atmosphere of serenity and thereby inspire the learning and research. The collection of the ATMA Library is rich and diverse, especially includes Commerce and Management, Psychology,Statistics, Information Technology, Humanities and Social sciences and general readings and related areas. This collection includes, books, conference proceedings, reference books, CD-ROMs,DVDs, Video Cassettes etc. Currently, ATMA Library has over 10000 +books, subscribes to more than 50 journals/magazines in print and subscribes to more than 1000+ ejournals. ATMA Library collection is growing rapidly and we hope to add Two to Three thousand unique titles every year. The ATMA Library operations and services are fully computerized using KOHA Library Management software. Catalogue of the holdings is available 24X7 for online access through the web. ATMA Libary The major digital resources such as DELNET, JSTOR Archive IEL Online Library, ACM Digital Library, Springer Link, ScienceDirect ASA Digital Library, AIP & APS Online Journals, ASABE Technical Library, and Indiastat.com are also accessible to the community any where on the campus. ATMA Library has established an excellent co-operative arrangement with many resourceful libraries and consortia in the country. As an active promoter of the use of resources for the benefit of the ATMA community, ATMA Library has also become a member of several professional bodies, societies, associations, libraries and library consortia.

Library Rules and Regulations

1. All library users must sign in / out gate register available with the attendant at the gate.
2. While entering the library user should leave your Personal belongings such as Bags, personal Books, and things etc in property counter. (Library staff’s are not responsible for your personal things)
3. Do not write, underline or mark to any books. Library books are carefully examined on return and the borrower will be held responsible for the damage.
4. After reading, leave books on the table. Please do not shelve the books.
5. Silence, cleanliness and orderliness must be observed strictly at all times.
6. Eating/ Sleeping/ Smoking/Use of Mobile/Drinking is strictly prohibited in the library premises.
7. If any student is found including in hiding stealing or mutilating, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
8. Student may borrow a maximum of 6 books for 15 days.
09. Overdue Charges/ Fines
General collection books : 5.rs per day per book
10. Reference books, Periodicals and Non-book materials (CD/DVD) will not be issue from the library.
11. the user should check the book thoroughly for missing pages, chapters and underline page etc.. while getting them issued. No compliant will be entertained later on.
12. No books in damaged condition will be accepted from the users on return. Damage books will have to be replaced by the borrower.
13. In case of loss of books by borrower, the borrower is required either to replace the books by a recent edition, if available or pay its double cost of the book.
14. If a borrower (faculty’s / Students) does not return the documents in spite of two successive reminders his / her membership is liable to be cancelled without further notice.
15. Keep your mobiles switch off within the library premises.
16. Report lost books or materials to the library immediately to stop overdue fine.
17. Ask for help from librarian if you are unable to find your required material.
18. It is mandatory to wear ID card.
